Mrityunjay Das is currently Director of Business Development at next IT Limited. He brings in more than 13 years of experience in the field of business development and operations management both in local and international ICT organizations. He has achieved BBA and MBA in Management Information Systems (MIS) respectively from University of UITS. Furthermore, he has successfully completed his Master of E-Business Management studies at the International University of Japan.

MR. Das is a Seasoned Project manager who successfully launched landmark projects like the Learning and Earning Development Project, Police Personal Data Management, Online Police Clearance, My Cash, Agent Banking, Mobile Banking, etc, and projects in collaboration with the Government of Bangladesh and other foreign companies. His global affiliations developed over the years through serving international organizations makes him one of the industry’s most competent figure to create IT business development scope in global space.

MR. Das has developed himself as a vibrant industry player instructing and supervising Business Development team leaders and project managers on the country’s most mission-critical IT and capacity-Outsourcing projects. Within a short span of time, he has developed a good rapport with industry icons and thought leaders in the IT/ ITES Industry. He has grown an extensive amount of understanding working in affiliation with Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and the Japanese IT Industry, Outsourcing numerous projects that are aimed to develop the economy of Bangladesh. With his huge network and outstanding business acumen, Next IT Ltd. has been able to establish customer relationships in both local and international markets successfully.

Mr. Amin Uddin is the current Software Project Manager of Next IT Ltd. He has been providing service for NEXT IT since 2010. He has more than 13 years of extensive IT experience at multi-organization, working with high-profile clients as a Software Engineer & Project Manager.

Mr. Amin is an expert not limited to (.net, C#, AngularJS, Angular, ASP.net, ASP.NET MVC, Net5, MS SQL Server, SQL, MongoDB, Redis, DDD, PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, Android App and more). Mr. Amin achieved B.Sc Hon’s (2006) & M.Sc. (2009) in Computer Science from National University, Bangladesh. Amin is an active member of various renowned local & international Technical Groups. Mr. Amin worked many software as a developer or team lead like (Garments ERP, HRM, School Management, MLM Software, Doctor Call systems, Distributed Management systems, Online Order Collection, Task Organization, Accessories solutions, Online interviews, Hospital Management, Trade Management, etc.). Mr. Amin worked as a project manager on different projects like (Accessories ERP, Restaurant Solutions, Thermal Label Automation systems, etc).

Mr. Ashish Ullah Khan is the current Software Architect of Next IT Ltd. he has been providing service for NEXT IT since 2011. He brings in more than 14 years of experience in the field of Software Architect and operations management for both local and international organizations. he is working with high-profile clients.

Ashish is an expert not limited to (.NET, MS SQL Server, SQL, and AngularJS) Mr. Ashish achieved an Engineering degree in Computer Science, in 2005, from National University, Bangladesh. Ashish is an active member of various renowned Technical Groups. Mr. Ashish also completes training in Professional Software Architecture and Design Certification under BITM program. He acquired vast Architect knowledge from Non-Banking Financial Institutions, Garments, Garments Accessories, Pharmaceutical Industries, and Big Warehouse Management like Rahimafrooz in these years. He was recognized as Best Employee in 2010 for the successful implementation of Pharmaceutical ERP in Ziska Pharmaceuticals, Bangladesh.
