Job Context:

    To support our rapidly expanding Pharma business, the Company is looking for a self-motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic leader who can successfully lead first line Managers and front line sales forces to perform their best to achieve business target.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales plan to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the assigned zone under the guidance and supervision of National Sales Manager, Pharma.
  • Work with respective team members (AM, Sr./MIO) in order to coach and develop them for performing to the optimal level.
  • Visit markets regularly to check route coverage, competitor activity and search for new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the availability of products across the zone.
  • Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures are properly implemented.
  • Meet with potential customers and exchange ideas to obtain feedback on the movement of products and business.
  • Provide required training to MIOs, Area Managers so that they possess sufficient medical and technical knowledge to share information on Company products.
  • Assist in recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, performance monitoring of sales forces in assigned zone.
  • Analyze the market potentiality and propose CME, Symposium and Seminar etc.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities in the assigned zone.
  • Interact with other departments of the company to ensure sales requirements.

Educational Requirements:

Master's in any discipline from any reputed University preferably in Science background.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Pharmaceutical Sales
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Pharmaceuticals

Additional Requirements:

  • Age at most 45 years
  • Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adaptability, Coaching, Mentoring, Leadership and Good Communication skills, Negotiation Skills, Target Oriented, Team work, Hard Working.
  • Candidate should have valid Motor Driving License.
  • Willing to work in any geographical area.
  • Should have sound analytical & sales administrative skill
  • Should have at least 02 years experience in supervisory position
  • Requirement may relax for most deserving candidates.
